Why is the core so important?
The core is the central part of our bodies and it includes the pelvis, lower back and hips. It is important to have a strong and functional core for many reasons which include, stability with daily movements, balance and proper motor control.
McGill’s Big 3 exercises were researched and found to cause the most core stability with the least amount of compressive forces meaning…low risk, high reward.
