Studio Class Schedule



Pilates is a body-conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles. It works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. It will also improve your posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, and is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension. Pilates is for everyone, of any age or fitness level.

Level 1 classes are for those new to Pilates and those who wish to exercise at a gentler level and still strenghen thier core muscles. Level 2 classees are for more advanced students that desire a more intense workout.

Wednesdays    9:30 am – mixed level class


Thursdays       6 pm – level 1 class        7 pm – level 2 class


Saturdays       10 am - mixed level class




Yoga is well known for its therapeutic benefits, as it will allow for an increased awareness of the body’s posture, alignment and movement patterns. The body becomes more flexible and relaxed; essential for healing from the stressful environment that surrounds us all. Those practicing Yoga describe benefits of being fit, energetic, happy and peaceful!

  • Classes are purchased by the term.
  • Terms are 6-8 weeks depending on holidays.
  • Each class is $15 per week.
  • If taking more than 1 class per week, save 10% on total cost.
  • Drop in rate is $20 per class, based on availability.
  • You may come to a trial class for $10.

Class size is limited. You may reserve your spot with your payment and filling out the enrollment form. The teachers would like to review your enrollment form before the first day of class to prepare appropriately for the class.
